Senior Product Designer

We are a rapidly growing company seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to lead and shape the UX/UI design of our evolving product. As the first Product Designer on our team, you will play a crucial role in defining our design strategy and delivering intuitive, user-centered solutions. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by driving data-driven design improvements and elevating the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of the UX/UI design process, from concept development to final execution
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
  • Develop and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across the product
  • Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
  • Analyze user feedback and data to continually iterate and enhance the user experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years leading UX/UI design for SaaS B2B products
  • At least 3 years of experience in a dynamic, early-stage startup
  • Proven ability to independently take ideas from concept to execution
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; can articulate design decisions effectively
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to new challenges; a team player with a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with agile development practices is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Figma is mandatory
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage
