We seek a highly skilled and experienced Product Compliance Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance within the financial services as well as SaaS sectors. the Compliance Director will play a crucial role in ensuring that Sedric's empowers financial institutions with cutting-edge technology that enhances efficiency, ensures compliance, and drives growth. We are looking for an experienced Product Compliance Director to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance through the implementation within our product offering.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Sedric’s compliance solutions are client-focused, aligning with the latest CMS best practices and tailored to meet regulatory requirements specific to financial institutions, including the nuances of FinTech companies
  • Maintain comprehensive expertise in financial regulations, including data privacy, consumer protection, information security, and other relevant areas
  • Collaborate closely with product and development teams, as well as compliance advisors and clients, to seamlessly integrate compliance solutions into Sedric’s software
  • Oversee the integration of compliance considerations during product design and development, ensuring all regulatory aspects are thoroughly addressed. Maintain and update technical compliance documentation for the solutions offered
  • Provide expert advice to clients on best practices for regulatory compliance and assist them in effectively implementing Sedric’s solutions
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate clients on the optimal use of Sedric’s compliance solutions
  • Monitor the effectiveness of Sedric’s compliance offerings and gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, assisting clients in preparation for audits and examinations as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years in regulatory compliance within financial technology sector and SaaS companies
  • Strong understanding of Consumer Protection and Data privacy regulatory requirements
  • Product compliance experience or close interface with SaaS product teams
  • Excellent risk management and mitigation skills
  • Strong advisory and support skills for client interactions
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver compliance training programs
  • Effective compliance monitoring and reporting capabilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
