Business Development Representative

We're seeking a Business Development Representative with strong sales instincts and motivation to join an early-stage, fast-growing startup. As a BDR at Sedric, you'll identify new opportunities, build our pipeline, and drive growth by effectively presenting our compliance solutions to financial sector prospects. Your ability to connect with potential clients and convey value will be key to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and create sales opportunities
- Generate meetings and qualified leads leveraging cold calling, email, and social selling
- Effectively communicate Sedric value proposition to qualified leads
- Maintain an up-to-date technical understanding of products, solutions, and business value propositions
- Work with team members to drive innovation and enhance the sales development process.
- Utilize Hubspot to track activity and manage sales opportunities
- Communicate relevant feedback from prospects' interactions with marketing, product, and R&D
- Consistently achieve assigned quotas and performance goals
Requirements:
- 2+ years of previous lead generation or Inside Sales Experience - Must
- Native English with excellent verbal and written skills - Must
- Previous experience in sales at early-stage startups is an advantage
- Excellent presentation skills
