Account Executive

Sedric’s award-winning compliance excellence platform ensures consumer protection, minimizes risks, and expedites growth for fintech companies by offering off-the-shelf guidelines and AI-based detection mechanisms that alert stakeholders in real-time on violations and risks and provide suggestions for remediation steps.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire new sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signature, ensuring a seamless process for prospects
  • Generate and qualify leads through strategic outreach, including phone calls, emails, and social media engagement
  • Actively engage with prospects by conducting demos, managing proofs of concept (POCs), negotiating terms, and closing deals
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Sedric platform to effectively demonstrate its value and connect it to customer ROI
  • Clearly and persuasively communicate Sedric’s value proposition to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs
  • Create and implement innovative strategies for targeting key decision-makers at priority accounts to secure sales meetings
  • Stay updated on the technical aspects of products, solutions, and business value propositions to support informed selling
  • Utilize HubSpot to manage sales opportunities, track activities, and maintain organized records
  • Provide relevant feedback from prospect interactions to marketing, product, and R&D teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance goals

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a closing role within a SaaS company
  • 2+ years of experience as a BDR/SDR, with a strong background in lead generation and qualification
  • Proven ability to navigate complex deals involving multiple stakeholders, with a consultative selling approach
  • Energetic, adaptable, and curious self-starter, excited to contribute to a dynamic startup environment
  • Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong desire to learn and achieve success in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools such as HubSpot to manage sales processes
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Frequent travel , to meet with partners, clients, and teams across multiple locations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
